PORTABLE DEW POINT METER ( MODEL ATS 301D )

Applied portable handheld battery operated Dew Point meter model ATS-301D are designed to measures dew

point,Moisture and temperature faster and accurately over a wide measurements range .Model ATS-301D is highly

optimized to measure the dew point, moisture and Temperature for dryers and compressed air/gases.

Periodic monitoring of industrial Air systems results in a reduced maintenance cost & down time caused

bycondensate, the leading cause of corrosion in pneumatic systems.

Air or Gas samples up to 12kg/cm² pressure and temperature up to 75°C can be directly measured. For higher

temperature applications, a Heat sink tubing can be used. The meter can also be connected to a vacuum pump

forsampling from systems at low or atmospheric pressure.

ATS-301D Measures the dew point precisely by utilizing a highly reliable microprocessor based electronic circuit to

convert the sensor signal by the use of psychometrics equations. Assembled in a ABS plastic housing, It t sensor

manifold with an orifice that means line pressure for true pressure dew point readings

The DSL-340 uses the innovative Dynamic Detection Principle (DDP) which measures fluctuations in the intensity of a light beam, using a folded beam Transceiver / Reflector arrangement. Increased dust or particulatedensity in the stack causes the amplitude of these fluctuations to increase. When calibrated against standard reference measurements, the amplitude of this signal relates directly to the dust concentration in the stack and this can be presented as a reading in mg/m³.

compact Portable Gas Purity Analyzer, designed to serve the demanding field requirements of

various gases Producing and using Industry. It is designed to replace the cumbersome and time

consuming Or set apparatus and provide quick and accurate reading of gas Purity. It offers

the user a distinct advantage in terms of economy, dependability maintenance and ease of

operation. The instrument incorporate TCD / INFRARED as a transducer. It has adjustable

visual and audible alarms with Automatic Zero Calibration Feature.

On start up, the instrument automatically goes through complete self integrity check,
